Natural extracts and specialties

Even if today, scenting compositions have a prevalent concentration in synthetic products, natural raw materials remain irreplaceable in many olfactive harmonies.

This is why we unceasingly seek to identify innovative natural raw materials and vegetable based odorous substances able to bring all their richness to the creations of our customers.

Here the list of the natural extracts, raw or concentrated essential oils, natural molecules and vegetable extracts on offer:

Artemisia Afra
Balm
Cedrelopsis Grevei
Cinnamon
Cymbopogon Validus
Grapefruit Marsh
Helichrysum Splendidum
Hemizygia Petiolata

Lantana Camara
Lippia Javanica
Mandarin Dancy
Ocimum Gratissimum

Pepper
Ravensara Aromatica
Ravintsara

Usnique Acid
Usniate of Sodium

In this philosophy of innovation through research, and thanks to a new and highly sophisticated technique of separation, we are capable of obtaining essential oils which are almost completely free from terpenes and sesquiterpenes, and stable to oxidation.

Thanks to this, we are able to present this new range of ingredients for the food flavourings: essential HC (Highly concentrated) oils

Lemon HC
Lemon colourless HC
Distilled Limette HC
Expression Limette HC
Orange HC
Grapefruit HC
Grapefruit colourless HC

Advantages of these natural specialities:

  • directly usable in water (drinks)
  • excellent stability and increased lifespan of the end product
  • richer impact of odour/taste
  • no additional impacts caused by thermal degradation
  • high concentration allowing the customer to limitate usage to a mere few ppm (3-20)
  • reduction of the allergenic risk

We also offer a selection of new natural molecules obtained by fractionation or fermentation of natural raw materials.

The development and the production of natural molecules requires us to draw together a broad range of competencies, in particular in the fields of the industrial processes and biotechnology. After having developed new molecules, it remains to pass from the pilot stage to that of industrial tool so that the new products can offered on the market.

In this case, there is a double aim:

  • produce natural molecules recognized as such all over world
  • offer new molecules having this specificity, for example:

Natural Hexanal                          Fema 2557N
Natural Phenylacetaldehyde       Fema 2874

Natural Phenylethyl alcohol        Fema 2858
Natural 1-Octen-3-One               Fema 3515

Natural 1,5-Octadien-3-Ol          Cas 65213-86-7
